• Use Trendly for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the Service or its AI models
• Circumvent security features or access non-public APIs
• Violate the terms of any social media platform you connect to Trendly

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. AI Features and Limitations

Trendly provides AI-driven content generation, scheduling, sentiment analysis, and analytics using models like DeepSeek R1. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be correct or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it.

Important: We do not use your data to train any AI models.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Trendly integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) via their APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, data restrictions, or changes to these third-party services.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes your name, email, social media credentials, and analytics data.

We use secure measures such as Argon3 encryption, access controls, and HTTPS to protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All Trendly trademarks, branding, and platform content (excluding user content) are the intellectual property of Trendly AI LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to upload or distribute any content that:

• Violates any third-party rights or laws
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity
• Attempts to exploit or harm minors

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from such changes.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and its associated data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance, or that the AI outputs will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendly, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you via email or the Service if material changes occur. Your continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.
